Revo Uninstaller is a shareware software uninstall utility for Microsoft Windows.[1]
Revo differentiates itself from the built-in Windows uninstaller by additionally removing any files and registry entries left behind by an individual program's uninstaller.[2]

Revo Uninstaller functions as a replacement for the built-in Windows Add/Remove Programs control panel, but offers more in-depth functionality. It will run the selected program's built-in uninstaller, as Windows would, but after the uninstall has completed, Revo will additionally offer to search for and remove any files or registry entries that the uninstaller may have left on the user's hard drive.
Revo Uninstaller also has several other removal features built-in, to clean out or remove:
Revo can also overwrite free space on your hard drive to prevent data that was previously there from being recovered.
For systems where Revo Uninstaller cannot or should not be installed, a portable version is available that can be started directly from external media, such as a USB drive, without modifying the system.
